Beautifully situated at the harbor entrance of the marina in Almere Haven and the Gooimeer. We serve lunch, dinner, and High Tea daily in our restaurant or on one of the three terraces at the water.
Executive Head Chef Lars Bertelsen and Head Chef Chen droog are specialized in creating unconventional dishes that underline the culinary craftsmanship of the kitchen team. The dishes are made from daily fresh and, where possible, sustainable ingredients.
Chris Bos and team are professionals who provide a delicious lunch or dinner with the right advice about the menus and matching wines.
It is clear that Brasserie Bakboord is doing well: As the only restaurant in Flevoland we have been awarded by Michelin with quality cuisine and Good standing , top 3 rankings on TripAdvisor and for 2021 we are in the LEKKER500 best restaurants in the Netherlands and, mentioned in the Gault & Millau with 12 point.
There is ample parking space (free) and easily accessible by public transport or bicycle.

Due to the Corona crisis, all restaurants and bars are closed for a longer period of time. You can make a reservation from January 19. However, we do not think it will be possible until March 1.

Due to Covid-19 crises and the current changes, we all have to take the following rules into account when making a reservation.
- Up to 2 people can sit together at one table.
- More than 2 people at one table are only allowed if this concerns people who form a joint household. You indicate this in the tickbox when booking.
- If you are not a joint household and a larger table is needed to be able to sit 1.5 meters away from each other, you must indicate this in the tick box when booking and if you have specific wishes.
- We can accept smaller groups of up to 30 people, but only in consultation and under conditions. For more information: 036 5404040. Unfortunately, we cannot receive larger groups yet.

In good weather, the reservations for inside are automatically transferred outside with the same arrival time and numbers.
If you have a food allergy or special diet, please let us know when booking so that we can take it into account.
Dogs are only allowed on the terrace and are not allowed to enter the restaurant.
