From June 1 we are finally open again. We are thrilled to welcome our guests! Safety first and the Dutch Horeca Organization has drawn up a protocol for restaurants, employees and guests that we must respect as well as you. There is also enough air circulation inside by mechanical blowing of fresh air and many windows that can be opened. More information can be found here.

Beautifully situated at the harbor entrance of the marina in Almere Haven and the Gooimeer. We serve lunch, dinner, and High Tea daily in our restaurant or on one of the three terraces at the water.

Head Chef Stefan Gasman is specialized in creating unconventional dishes that underline the culinary craftsmanship of the kitchen team. The dishes are made from daily fresh and, where possible, sustainable ingredients.

Chris Bos and team are professionals who provide a delicious lunch or dinner with the right advice about the menus and matching wines.

It is clear that Brasserie Bakboord is doing well: As the only restaurant in Flevoland we have once again been awarded the with the Bib Gourmand by Michelin, top 3 rankings on TripAdvisor and for 2020 we are in the LEKKER500 best restaurants in the Netherlands and, mentioned in the Gault & Millau

  • Brasserie Bakboord feels that serving the right wines and drinks is just as important as the ‘food art’ on your plate. A lovely, well suited wine will make any dish truly special. To genuine food lovers, the perfect wine/food combination is an absolute must.


    The enthusiastic restaurant team will gladly offer advice concerning the range of organic and sustainable wines, of which more than 10 are served per glass.

  • Senses is not only about the perfect combination of flavours and presentation, quality & sustainability play an important role as well. Whenever possible, the chef selects and purchases products from local suppliers who have the same values as the restaurant. Think biologically responsible, sustainable entrepreneurship and especially fresh. We grow our own vegetables in collaboration with "garden under glass". Discover ingredients that you never expected to ever eat. Expect the unexpected.

Before you book, please read carefully below. With the 'new normal' a number of things have also changed and we are unfortunately limited in a number of possibilities.

We are limited by the government to a maximum of 30 guests in the restaurant for the month of June. More than 2 persons at one table are only allowed if this concerns persons who form a joint household.

The first shift from 17:00 - 19:15, last entry before 18:00. Be on time because unfortunately we cannot allow the first shift to run out. The sooner you get in, the more courses we can serve!

The second shift starts from 19:30 until closes.

In good weather, the reservations for inside are automatically transferred outside with the same arrival time and numbers.


All chairs are 1.5 meters apart. We are unfortunately not allowed to receive larger groups. More information can be found here

If you have a food allergy or special diet, please let us know when booking so that we can take it into account.

Dogs are only allowed on the terracce and are not allow to enter the restaurant.

Do you want to experience a special and unique lunch? Then choose the 2-course tasting menu for € 29. Of course we also provide "quick lunches" for those who are limited in their time. Open for lunch from 12:00 to 16:00 seven days a week.
